Skinhead gangs alliances?
Do skinhead gangs on the street ally themselves, or at least have a truce with Hispanic gangs? Or is the the alliance only applicable in prison to fight with the black gangs? Also, does a skinhead who lands in prison automatically become a part of the AB, and do they pay taxes similar to how the surenos pay taxes to la EME?
